NAME: Tad Green
HOMETOWN: Portland, Oregon, USA
SCHOOL: Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ
INTERNSHIP PERIOD: Summer 2003
ABOUT: I was born in Ontario, Oregon and grew-up in the Portland area. After one year of college at Eastern Oregon University, I joined the Army and served four years as a medic before leaving to finish school. Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff is where I now study. I will graduate in December 2003 with a major in photography and a minor in business.
My Father gave me my first camera, a Pentax Spotmatic, when I was young. I was fascinated by the manual controls and the challenge of shooting a properly exposed photograph. This fascination grew as I photographed the places to which I traveled. I enjoy almost all types of photography, but my favorites are landscapes and architecture. I love to travel and hike and photography provides a good excuse to do both.
My ultimate goal is to open a graphic design/photography studio with my brother, who is a graphic designer.
