SHIPPING GENERAL:
DOMESTIC/CANADA

Shipping prices are calculated based on size and weight at the time of checkout. We make every attempt to insure that your package arrives well-packed, and best of all, quick.

We ship products (excluding prints) Monday through Friday via UPS, Fedex, or DHL. All items are shipped by standard delivery.

OVERSEAS

We are happy to ship any order overseas, but must calculate shipping offline by e-mail or fax. Once we know what items you wish to purchase, we then calculate shipping specific to your destination and due date. We will quote shipping prices and then ask you to send your bank and address information.

SHIPPING PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS:
DOMESTIC

Prints are sent flat if unframed, or in a specially created shipping box or crate if framed.

OVERSEAS

Prints are sent flat only and are dependent on shipping and customs charges. We cannot ship framed pieces.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship prints Monday through Thursday only, unless otherwise arranged. We do not ship on Fridays in order to avoid having the artwork sit in cold damp warehouses over the weekend. All prints are shipped via Next Day or Second Day Air.

DAMAGE

If your package arrives damaged please call us immediately 1-888-973-0011. If you suspect damage to the items inside, make a claim with the shipper, and call us as well, we will then determine the necessary action for replacement.

We will ship unframed prints anywhere on the globe. Delivery of framed prints is limited to the continuous 48 states of North America. Shipping is via the best carrier available. A physical address is required. No post office boxes please.

RETURNS

If for any reason the products you have ordered are not right, or need to be replaced, please contact us with your name, the order ID from the packing list, and a phone number where we can reach you during the day. We will then look into the matter and arrange with you regarding shipping details.
